This privacy policy explains how the Kahvehane mobile application (the "App") handles user data. The App is developed by Batuhan Demirel.
1. WE DO NOT COLLECT PERSONAL DATA
The App does not collect, store or transmit personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number or precise location. It does not require you to create an account or sign in. The App has no server of its own.
2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App stores the following information on your device only; none of it is sent anywhere:
- Game saves and matches in progress
- Career points, rank and statistics
- Language, sound and display preferences
- Records of recent matches, used by the evaluation feature
When you uninstall the App, this data is deleted from your device.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses three Google services:
Google AdMob (serving ads): may process data such as your advertising ID, IP address, device type, ad interactions and diagnostic/crash logs in order to serve and measure ads. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): purchase status information is processed in order to verify the "Remove Ads" purchase. Your card details are handled by Google; the App has no access to them.
Google Analytics for Firebase (usage statistics): We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and to improve it. The service collects an app-instance identifier, the advertising ID, device model, operating system and app version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address (country/city level; the IP address is not stored), session and screen information, in-game events (which game was started, difficulty level, number of hands and matches finished, match duration, opening the analysis screen, watching a rewarded ad, the wheel spin and resulting rule in Wheel Turkish Spades, the store rating request) and, where applicable, in-app purchase information. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, precise location or player name. Data is encrypted in transit and processed by Google on our behalf (how Google uses data). For users in the European Economic Area this collection follows the consent choice shown at first launch; you can change it under Settings > Change Ad Consent. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings; uninstalling the app resets the analytics identifier.
4. YOUR AD CHOICES
You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
5. USERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Users located in the EU/EEA are shown a consent screen the first time the App is opened. If you do not accept personalised ads, non-personalised ads are shown instead.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
7. INTERNET USE
Your game saves, career points and preferences are never sent to any server. An internet connection is used only for serving ads, for purchase transactions and for the usage statistics described in Section 3.
8. DELETING YOUR DATA
You can delete the data held on your device by uninstalling the App. For advertising data processed by Google, you can use Google's privacy tools.
9. CHANGES
This policy may be updated. Any changes will be published on this page.
